هو أبو إبراهيم محمود بن خليل بن عبد الرحمن القارئ

من مواليد المدينة المنورة .

حفظ القرآن الكريم وهو في العاشرة من عمره .

حصل على إجازة في القرآن الكريم من والده الشيخ خليل القارئ .

حصل على شهادة حفظ القرآن الكريم من الجمعية الخيرية

لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم بالمدينة المنورة بتقدير ممتاز عام 1405هـ .

درس المرحلة الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية

في مدارس تحفيظ القرآن الكريم بالمدينة المنورة .

حاصل على إجازة في القراءات السبع .

حصل على شهادة البكالوريوس من كلية القرآن الكريم والدراسات الإسلامية

بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة .

بدأ بتدريس القرآن الكريم وهو في الرابعة عشرة من عمره ولا يزال بحمد الله وتوفيقه .

عمل في مدارس تحفيظ القرآن الكريم بالمدينة

ثم كُلّف بالعمل كمعلم للقرآن الكريم وعلومه والقراءات

بكلية المعلمين بالمدينة المنورة لمدة ثماني سنوات ثم عاد لمدارس تحفيظ القرآن الكريم .

أعد وقدم برنامج (في ظلال القرآن) الذي عُرض في القناة الأولى

لمدة ثلاث سنوات تقريباً .

تم ترشيحه شفهياً من قِبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبد المجيد بن عبد العزيز شخصياً

لمسجد سموه الجديد بالمدينة المنورة في عام 1412هـ .

أمّ المصلين في صلاة التراويح بمسجد القبلتين منذ عام 1409هـ وحتى عام 1418هـ

(تخللها سنتين بمسجد الميقات إضافة إلى عام 1420هـ)

وشاركه في الثلاث السنوات الأخيرة في مسجد القبلتين فضيلة الشيخ/عبد الله عواد الجهني .

شارك في صلاة القيام بمسجد قباء لمدة ثماني سنوات أو تزيد

ابتداءً من عام 1410هـ وحتى عام 1418هـ

إضافة إلى صلاتي التراويح والقيام لعامي 1421هـ و 1425هـ .

انتدب رسمياً من قبل وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية بالكويت خلال شهر رمضان المبارك كاملاً

في جامع الشيخه فاطمة (والدة ولي عهد الكويت)

لعام 1419هـ و 1422هـ و 1423هـ و1424هـ

إضافة إلى التدريس في حلقات تحفيظ القرآن الكريم للصغار والكبار .

أمّ المصلين في كثير من مساجد المدينة المنورة

وآخرها جامع الصانع بحي المصانع وقد كان إماماً وخطيباً فيه لأكثر من عشر سنوات .

والشيخ من مواليد المدينة المنورة ودارس فيها
كما انة ليس اول مرة يصلي في الحرم النبوي
